Your questions answered

I didn’t receive a book I bought from you

We don’t actually send out books ourselves. We use other distribution services, as outlined below, because they can send them out much faster and more efficiently than we can.

The Date-A-Base Book series e-books: delivered by Payhip.

The Date-A-Base Book series paperbacks: delivered by Amazon.

If you purchased an e-book, you should have seen a download page after you made your payment. You should also have received an email from Payhip containing your download link. If this didn’t happen (a) we’re really sorry – technology sometimes fails (b) please send us an email so we arrange for your book to be sent.

If your printed copy did not arrive, please contact Amazon. You can tell them about any problems with your delivery via your Orders page.

All other books: delivered by Amazon.
Please contact Amazon (via your Orders page) if you did not receive your book.

Are your books available elsewhere?

All of our books can be found on Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk. (The Date-A-Base Book series is only available in paperback from Amazon.)

Our books are not available from other book sellers.

Where else can I find out about ideas4writers?

Why not try our About Us page?

For our latest news, announcements and new products, see our Blog.
We also post samples from The Date-A-Base Book series there every month.

Do you have any social media accounts?

We have a Facebook group – come on over and chat with us and other writers!
(Just say “Hi” and tell us what you write – or would like to write – if you don’t know what to say.)

We’ll be setting up an Instagram account soon – and we have plans to make it really active (and interactive).

We have a Twitter account but we rarely post anything there at the moment.
